I have always been committed to living a healthy and active lifestyle. But I have to admit, there is one supplement that I have been using for years that has made a big difference in my workouts: creatine.

For those who might not be familiar, creatine is a naturally occurring substance that is found in the body and helps to supply energy to our cells. It is often used by athletes and bodybuilders to improve performance and build muscle mass. I personally use Optum.

While I have always been open about my love of fitness, I have to admit that I have not always been completely honest about my use of supplements. In the past, I have felt a little self-conscious about admitting that I take creatine, as if it somehow made me less “natural” or “pure.”

But the truth is, I have found that creatine has made a huge difference in my workouts and has helped me to push myself further and achieve my fitness goals. And while I know that it is not for everyone, I believe that it is important to be open and honest about what works for us and what doesn’t.

So here’s to being real and honest about our fitness journey, and to finding the tools and resources that help us to achieve our goals. Whether it’s creatine or something else, may we all be proud of the progress we make and the healthy choices we make.
